关于中国企业跨国经营的若干政策

SEVERAL POINTS ON TRANSNATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF CHINA'SENTERPRISES

由本刊与国务院研究室工交组、对外经济贸易部国外经济合作司、对外经济贸易大学联合发起的“中国企业跨国经营政策研讨会”于1991年11月在北京召开。与会者主要来自大型企业集团、大型外经外贸企业(公司)、国务院有关部门、部分大专院校和研究机构。代表们在总结交流改革开放以来我国企业跨国经营的经验、分析存在的问题的基础上,深入探讨建立和发展具有中国特色的社会主义跨国公司的途径,为国家制订相关政策措施提供了富有价值的建议。为推动进一步扩大对外开放,深化对有关问题的研究,本刊特编发了一组有关稿件,以飨读者。

A Forum on policies of Transnational Management of China's Enterprises was held in Beijing in Nov. 1991. This forum was given jointly by MANAGEMENT, the Industry and Transportation Group of the State Council Research Office, the Bureau of Economic Contract of the PRC Mofert and the University of International Economy and Trade. Representives from Iarge enterprises'groups, big foreign trade corporations, departments of the State Council, and research institutions of universities attended the meeting. Besides summing up experience and analysizing problems, representives exchanged views on how to set up and develop transnational corporations with Chinese characteristics. These views are helpful for the central government to make out policies concerned.
