摘要
根据复等位基因遗传假说 ,利用大白菜核不育系 9810 7 1作为不育源 ,以紫菜薹ZB3 为目标亲本 ,经过杂交、自交、兄妹交等转育手段 ,将雄性不育基因转育到紫菜薹中 ,获得紫菜薹“甲型”两用系。
The male sterile lines 98107 1 in Chinese cabbage〔 Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis( Lour)Olsson〕was being used as a source of male sterility and the fertile lines purple caitai( Brassica campestris L.var. purpurea Bailey)ZB 3 as target parent.The gene of male sterility was transferred to the purple caitai by crossing,selfing,sibling and test crossing.New AB lines type I,new male sterile lines and their corresponding temporary maintainer lines of purple caitai were abstained.
