p27与胃粘膜上皮细胞周期调控的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 p27基因是近年发现的一种抑癌基因,p27蛋白是广谱的细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶抑制剂,在细胞增殖、凋亡、肿瘤发生发展过程中具有重要调节作用,本文对p27基因和蛋白与胃粘膜上皮细胞周期调控的关系作一综述。
