摘要主要介绍抗抑郁药治疗疱疹后遗神经痛的临床应用 ,疗效评价 ,探讨其作用机制。三环类抗抑郁药已作为治疗疱疹后遗神经痛的一线药物。其中 ,阿米替林应用最普遍 ,地昔帕明和去甲替林副作用小于阿米替林。去甲替林可作为首选。选择性 5
