皮肤衰老分子生物学机制的研究进展 被引量:26

摘要 皮肤衰老是一个漫长而复杂的演变过程。较系统地从细胞、分子水平上阐述了皮肤衰老的内因和外因 ,提出细胞的遗传调控是根本 ,自由基的作用是原因 ,细胞代谢障碍是基础 ,光损伤等环境因素是外因的皮肤衰老机制。若把内源性衰老与外源性环境因素有机结合起来进行研究 ,可更真实地反应皮肤衰老的本质 。
