幽门螺杆菌感染与白细胞介素-8、粒细胞集落刺激因子含量的关系

The relation between Helicobacter pylori infection and the amount of interleukin-8 and granulocyte clolny-stimulating factor

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃黏膜白细胞介素(IL)-8和粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)相关胃炎间的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定60例接受胃镜检查患者胃窦黏膜组织培养上清中IL-8、G-CSF的含量,比较Hp感染与非感染患者其含量的差异。其中慢性浅表性胃炎14例,胃溃疡13例,十二指肠溃疡13例,胃黏膜正常者20例。结果60例受检者中Hp感染46例,其胃黏膜IL-8及G-CSF含量明显高于14例非Hp感染者(P<0.01):慢性浅表性胃炎、胃溃疡Hp阳性者IL-8及G-CSF明显高于正常组织Hp阳性者(P<0.01)。慢性浅表性胃炎中,Hp阳性组的IL-8及G-CSF含量高于Hp阴性组(P<0.05)。结论Hp感染可以诱导胄黏膜炎症细胞合成和释放IL-8及C-CSF,IL-8及G-CSF可能在Hp相关性胃十二指肠疾病的发病过程中发挥关键作用,是引起炎症反应以及进一步病理损害的重要途径。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between Helicobac ter pylori (Hp) related gastritis and gastric mucosa content of interleukin - 8 (IL-8) and granuloeyte colony-stimulating factor ( G-CSF). Methods ELISA was used to detect the amount of IL-8 and G-CSF in supernate fluid of gastromucosal tissue culture from 60 patients, and to examine the difference between Hp infected and non-Hp infected cases. These 60 cases include normal gastric mucosa (n =20) , chronic gastritis mucosa (n = 14) , gastric ulcer mucosa (n = 13) , duodenal ulcer mucosa ( n = 13 ). Results The amounts of IL-8 and G-CSF in cases with Hp infection were significantly higher than those without infection (P <0.01 ). About Hp positive cases , the amounts of IL-8 and G-CSF in chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer cases were significantly higher than those in normal mucosa (P < 0.01). In chronic gastritis mucosa,the amounts of IL-8 and G-CSF in Hp infected cases were higher than those in non - infected ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hp infection can induce inflammatory cells to synthesize or secrete IL-8 and G-CSF, which may play an important role in the patho-genesis of Hp related gastrointestinal disease, and they are important pathway to induce inflammation and progressive pathological damage.
