Evolution of national technological concept from 1978 to 1988 in China

1978— 1988年 ,在中国社会的重大变革过程中 ,国家技术观也在发生着具有历史意义的转变。技术观循着科学技术是生产力—“经济振兴要依靠科学技术进步 ,科学技术要面向经济建设”—新技术革命“既是一个机会 ,也是一场挑战”—技术与制度的共变的历史路径 。

The decade of from 1978 to 1988 in China was a great period during which many great events and many changes occurred. One of the big changes in this period was the historical change in national technological concept. New technological concepts were put forward which strongly believed that science and technology were the production forces; economic development would rely on the progress of science and technology; science and technology would serve the economic development. New technology revolution offers a new chance and new challenge for new development. The new concepts of technology has exerted great influence on the social and technological progress of China since then.
