Evolution of technological thoughts in modern China's modernization strategies

现代化战略以一定的技术思想为基础。以此为视角 ,可以将新中国的现代化战略划分为四个时期 :立足于重工业技术的现代化战略、以工业技术为主导的现代化战略、工业技术与信息技术并重的现代化战略和以信息技术带动工业技术的现代化战略。这一演变过程反映了新中国决策层技术思想的变化 。

Modernization Strategy (MS) is based on certain technological thoughts. Taking this into consideration, the development of Modernization Strategy in China can be classified into four stages: MS based on heavy industry technology period, MS dominated by industry technology, MS combined with traditional industry technology and information technology and MS emphasizing on the leading role of information technology. The evolution process of MS reflects the changes in technology thoughts held by the decision-making group in China, which can be regarded as the results of the global modernization and technology revolution.
