冷战结束后 ,中俄美关系历经错综复杂的调整 ,呈现出新的态势 ,再用传统的“三角关系”的概念来审视三国关系已不合时宜。在新的国际环境里 ,最重要的是我们要舍弃不合时宜的“不结盟就是对抗”的思维定式。

After the Cold War, the relations between China, Russia and America went through a process of complicated adjusting, and now presents a new outlook. It is not proper to use the old term 'triangle relations' to describe the relations between the three nations. In the new international situation, it is important to escape from the fixed model that 'nonalignment is confrontation'. The cooperation between the three countries will be beneficial for the world peace and development.
