新疆中小企业集群创新能力评价研究——基于GAHP法的分析

Research on the Innovation Capability of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Xinjiang:Based on the Analysis of GAHP Method

本文在分析中小企业集群创新概念和特点的基础上,构建出了以创新投入能力、创新研发能力、创新制造能力、创新产出能力、创新管理能力、创新环境条件等6个因素为一级指标,以其相应的28个子指标为二级指标的新疆中小企业集群创新能力评价指标体系,建立了以GAHP(灰色层次分析法)为评价方法的评价模型,并选取新疆某集群中的企业进行了实例分析。使集群中的中小企业充分了解自身的创新状况,准确定位,正确制定创新战略或政策,提升新疆中小企业集群创新能力。

This paper on analysis of SMEs clusters innovation concept and the characteristic,based on the constructed with innovation input ability,innovation ability,innovation ability,innovation output capacity,innovation management,innovative environmental conditions such as six factors level indicators,to the corresponding 28 sub indicators for evaluation of secondary indicators of the Xinjiang SMEs Cluster Innovation ability index system established to the grey hierarchical analysis method(GAHP) evaluation model for the evaluation method,and selected in a cluster of enterprises is analyzed as an example.The cluster of small and medium- sized enterprises to fully understand their own innovation,accurate positioning,the correct development of innovation strategy or policy,enhance the cluster innovation ability of small and medium enterprises in Xinjiang.
