金融市场不实信息应对的国际经验与对我国的启示

互联网时代传播媒介多样化,公开信息获得的时滞趋零。在金融市场上,编造、转发的消息具有传播速度快、影响面广、对金融市场危害大等特点。本文通过对主要国家(地区)应对金融市场不实信息的做法进行比较,并对我国进行不实信息应对提出建议。

In now days internet times,the spread carrier of infonnation becomes much more diversification,the time-lag to gaining public information almost approach to zero.The information spreads in financial market which originates from fabrication and retransmission has some features like wide range influence and great damage etc.This paper compared with the ways of tackling the false information through some countries(region) to table a proposal for China.
