中国城商行转型升级的路径选择研究——基于“十三五”五大发展理念的分析

历经二十多年的发展,中国城市商业银行已经成为中国银行体系中的"第三梯队",构成地方金融体系的重要组成部分,实现了资产规模与盈利能力的跨越式提升,经营效率与国际化开放程度大幅提高。然而,进入"十三五"规划期,国内外宏观环境发生巨大转变,多重改革任务叠加,城商行也步入了"微利"时代,结合"十二五"规划期间的转型经验,及时调整适应环境的不断变化,既要主动承担服务国家经济战略的使命责任,又要妥善把握发展挑战与时代契机。"十三五"规划适时提出了"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,为城商行的转型升级战略提供关键性指导。因此,城商行应审时度势,正视不足,抓住"十三五"的重大发展机遇,明确金融服务实体经济发展的本质属性,重申"服务地方经济、服务中小企业、服务广大市民"的三大历史定位,树立五大发展理念,积极打造创新银行、生态银行、绿色银行、开放银行以及普惠银行的发展思路。

After more than 20 years of development,Chinese city commercial banks has become 'third- tier' of Chinese banking system,which constitute an important part of the local financial system,realize the asset size and profitability of the leap,operating efficiency and international openness in the large amplitude raise.However,into the '13th Five-Year' plan period,great changes in the macroeconomic environment at home and abroad,superposition of multiple reform task,city commercial banks also entered the 'low profit era',experience in the transformation of combining the ' 13 th Five- Year' period,timely adjustment of continuous change to adapt to the environment,it is necessary to main dynamic bear the responsibility for the mission to serve the national economic strategy,but also to properly grasp the challenge and development opportunity of the times. '13th Five- Year ' planning timely put forward the 'innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing' five development philosophy,for the transformation of city commercial banks upgrading strategy provides critical guidance.Therefore,city commercial banks should size up the situation,face is insufficient,seize the ' 13 th Five- Year' major development opportunities,clear the nature of the development of the real economy,financial services,reiterated the three historical position of ' serving the local economy,services to small and medium enterprises,service to the general public',set up the development of the concept of the five,and actively create development ideas of innovative bank,ecological bank,green bank,open bank and inclusive banking.
