Recently,the Dialogue,an American think tank and Boston University co- published their 2015 annual report on Chinese Finance to Latin American and Caribbean.This serial report documents and analyses loans and investment from Chinese Banks mainly China Development Bank and Ex- im Bank to LAC,by collecting public information and interviewing bankers and entrepreneurs.Here we selectively translate the report,which only reflects the opinion of the above institutions and is irrelevant with translator.
