互联网平台背景下不良资产处置模式创新研究

Study on the Innovation of the Business Model of Non-performing Assets Based on Internet Platform

在当前新一轮的不良资产形成周期中,不良资产表现出明显的由于经济周期而导致的"资源错配"特点。自2012年淘宝网推出网络司法拍卖不良资产以来,"互联网+不良资产处置"业务快速发展。网络化的不良资产处置基于互联网的"价值发现"和"市场发现"功能,能够对错配的资产进行重新配置,为不良资产处置提供了新的可能解决方案。但目前"互联网+不良资产处置"业务仍处于探索阶段,存在缺乏相应的业务资质,目标客户的定位不清晰,信息披露不充分,以及不良资产处置作为非标准化业务,仅依靠平台线上化操作难度大等问题。本文提出应明确"互联网+"背景下不良资产处置相关政策,搭建统一、专业化不良资产处置平台,构建多层次的不良资产交易市场,继续推动"互联网+不良资产处置"模式创新发展,提高不良资产处置效率。

As China's economy entered downward cycle,there is a remarkable growth trend in the non-performing asset market.In this trend,most of the non-performing assets have shown 'resource mismatch' features.With 'Internet+' mode's value oriented and market oriented functions,Innovation of the business model of non-performing assets based on Internet platform provides possible solutions to this problem.But,currently,there are still some problems,such as Lacking of corresponding business qualifications,unclear customer target,asymmetry and Inadequate disclosure of information,off-line dependent,,etc.This paper discusses the innovation of the business model of non-performing assets based on Internet platform,and finally put forward some related suggestions.
