商业银行作为国民经济的命脉,一直以来始终处于信息技术应用的最前沿。当前,大数据分析与互联网技术的发展对商业银行经营管理产生了重要影响,在一定程度上促进了银行经营模式和服务渠道的创新,推动了商业银行转型,基于大数据分析的经营决策、市场洞察、精准营销和流程创新,将有效提高获取客户能力,提升客户体验,提高营销效率,降低运营成本,全面提升商业银行核心竞争力。
Commercial banks served as the lifeblood of the national economy has been at the forefront of information technology applications.Currently,the development of large data analysis and Internet technologies have a major impact on the commercial bank management,which promote the innovative banking business model and service channel to a certain extent,promote the commercial banks in transition,this paper base on big data analytics business decisions,market insight,precision marketing and innovation processes,will improve the ability to acquire customers,improve the customer experience,improve marketing efficiency,reduce operating costs,enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.
