新疆全面建成小康社会目标下收入与经济增长的匹配度分析

Analysis on the Matching Degree of Income and Economic Growth under the Goal of Building a Well- off Society in Xinjiang

根据党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会的发展目标,自治区提出到2020年新疆城乡居民人均收入翻一番半左右,并确保与全国同步实现全面建成小康社会的宏伟奋斗目标。本文从国民经济核算体系下的账户关系切入,找出城乡居民收入与人均GDP间的逻辑关系,并对我区的小康目标作预测估计及可行性验证。最后,从提升居民消费能力拉动经济持续增长的角度,分析了增加城乡居民收入的具体路径。

According to the partys goal of the completion of a comprehensive well- off society development,Xinjiang supposed to achieve 150%growth rate of the urban and rural residents per capita income and ensure synchronized with the national implementation of the comprehensive construction of well- off society grand goal to 2020.In dlis paper,on the base of the national economic accounting system,we try to find out the relationship between urban and rural residents income and the logic of the GDP per capita,and to predict the well- off target of Xinjiang and feasibility verification.Finally,in the propose of promoting the sustainable growth of the residents' consumption ability,we try to give the specific ways of increasing the income of the residents.
