金融支持喀什霍尔果斯经济开发区建设发展的思考

Reflections on the Development of Kashgar Huoerguosi Economic Development Zone with Financial Support

2013年以来,在《关于金融支持喀什霍尔果斯经济开发区建设的意见》的指引和支持下,喀什和霍尔果斯两个经济开发区的金融政策环境不断提升,金融支持开发区建设不断取得新成效。本文对金融支持开发区建设发展的情况及成效进行了分析,研究了其在建设中存在的困难和问题,并提出相关政策建议,旨在推动开发区建设实现实质性进展。

Since 2013,the financial policy environment in two Economic Development Zone are continuous improvement,and continuously made new achievements.This article elaborates on the financial support for the construction of Development Zone Development and achievements,based on investigation and analysis of the difficulties and problems existing in the construction,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions,in order to promote cooperation center construction to achieve substantive progress.
