摘要
近年来,为抑制过快的房价上涨,国务院及各级政府部门连续出台的多项调控政策和措施,对抑制过快的房价上涨起到一定的作用。但受多种因素影响,房地产市场发展中出现的房地产市场泡沫、房地产价格快速上涨的问题尚未从根本上得以解决。本文通过对韩国近年来对房地产市场发展状况及政府部门采取的调控措施及政策进行梳理、分析,期望对促进国内房地产业健康发展提供借鉴。
In recent years,to curb excessive price increases,a number of policy and regulatory measures by the State Council and government departments at all levels of the continuous introduction of suppressing excessive housing prices play a role.However,affected by many factors,the real estate market development in emerging real estate market bubble,real estate prices rose rapidly question has not been fundamentally resolved.In this paper,control measures and policies in Korea in recent years the real estate market developments and government departments to take to sort out the analysis,it is desirable to promote the healthy development of the domestic real estate by reference.
