2013年习近平总书记从实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦高度提出共建"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的伟大战略构想。本文从新战略格局下金融支持丝路支点建设的重大意义出发,结合宁夏实际,总结提炼金融支持丝绸之路经济带建设的基本思路,并在此基础上提出相关政策建议。

In 2013,General Secretary Xi proposed to build a Silk Road Economic Belt and build a 21st-century maritime Silk Road of the great strategic idea.This article embarks from the great significance of financial support for the fulcrum construction of Silk Road under the new strategic pattern,combined with the actual situation in Ningxia,summarizes the basic ideas of the financial support for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and on this basis,the relevant policy recommendations.
