The Main Channel and Risk Analysis of Cross-border Capital Outflow:A Case Study of Liaoyang

跨境资金流出在不同汇率走势预期及不同经济发展阶段会呈现不同特点,当本币升值、经济增长强劲时跨境资金相对少流出,一般呈净流入态势,当本币贬值、经济增速下滑时跨境资金流出加快,一般呈净流出态势。在不同的流出趋势下,不同渠道的资金流出风险也会不断转换,并可能出现新的流出渠道,这就要求根据风险的大小及变化情况在监测及防范方面采取不同的措施。

In different exchange rate expectations and stages of economic developments,the cross-border capital outflows shows different characteristics.Under the conditions of the local currency appreciates and economic growth is relatively strong,cross-border capital outflows is relatively less and shows a net inflow trends,when the devaluation of the currency and the economic growth is slowdown,cross-border capital outflows is accelerats and shows a net outflow trends.In different outflow trends,different sources of capital outflows risks will continue to change,and appears new outflow channels.This requires us to take different measures in monitoring and risk-prevention according to the amounts and changes of risks.
