摘要
本文基于2005~2014年我国大陆30个省(区)的面板数据,采用固定效应模型对金融发展如何影响我国人力资本增长进行了实证研究。结果表明金融发展对人力资本增长的促进作用是显著的。此外,本文还发现政府宏观调控未明显促进人力资本累积;我国经济发展水平与人力资本存在长期稳定的正相关关系;最后,人力资本增长和产业结构升级并没有显著的联系。在实证研究的基础上,本文就如何加快金融发展,更好的促进我国人力资本增长提出了政策建议。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2014, this paper studies the impact of financial development on the growth of human capital in China using fixed effect model. The results show that financial development has a significant positive effect on the growth of human capital. In addition, we find that government macro-control does not promote the accumulation of human capital; China' s economic development level and human capital have a long-term stable positive correlation; and finally, there is no significant correlation between human capital growth and industrial upgrading. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to accelerate the financial development and promote the growth of human capital in China.
