摘要
在大资管背景下,商业银行面临的外部环境日趋复杂,理财业务的转型升级迫在眉睫。对于中小型城市商业银行来说,若想在日益激烈的竞争中占据一席之地,突破现有理财业务发展瓶颈,在监管范围内实现资产管理业务转型成为重中之重。本文以辽宁省朝阳银行为例,深入调研其理财业务发展现状,发现其在业务发展过程中存在人才技术储备不足、资产投向单一、产品同质化严重、风险控制能力较差等问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
In the context of large capital management, commercial banks face increasingly complex external environment,financial business transformation and upgrading is imminent. For small and medium-sized city commercial banks, if they want to occupy a place in the increasingly fierce competition, breaking the existing financial business development bottlenecks,within the scope of supervision to achieve asset management business transformation has become a top priority.Taking Bank of Chaoyang in Liaoning Province as an example, this paper studies the current situation of its financial management business and finds out that there are some problems such as insufficient talent pool, serious product homogeneity,low investment of assets and poor risk control in the process of business development, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
