作为金融市场的重要组成部分,我国债券市场积极实施"引进来"和"走出去"两大开放举措,不断增强中国在全球人民币债券市场的话语权和定价权,对于实现人民币国际化的战略目标具有重要意义。本文通过分析人民币国际化的发展现状,系统考察了债券市场开放对人民币国际化战略的意义以及发挥的重要功能,并对债券市场未来助力人民币国际化战略目标的实现提出了若干政策建议。

As an important part of the entire financial market, the bond market actively implements 'open-in' and 'going out' open measures to continuously enhance China’s voice and pricing power in the global RMB bond market, which has important significance to achieve the strategic goal of RMB internationalization. By analyzing the development status of RMB internationalization, this paper systematically examines the significance and important functions of the bond market opening to the RMB internationalization strategy, and proposes some policy recommendations for the future development of the bond market to help the internationalization of the RMB.
