国有林区林业产业与金融业融合性研究——以大兴安岭国有林区为例

Research on the Integration of Forestry and Financial Industry in State-owned Forest Areas——Taking Daxinganling as an Example

自林业发展方式转变以来,国有林区林业产业与金融业难以有效融合,林业产业长期处于资金匮乏状态,严重制约其作用的发挥。为破解这一难题,笔者以大兴安岭国有林区为例,深入实地调查分析了制约国有林区林业产业与金融业有效融合的诸多因素,并理论联系实际,前瞻性的提出了五方面对策建议。

Since the change of the mode of development, the forestry industry of state-owned has been in a state of lack of funds for a long time, which seriously restrain its role of function, for solving this problem, the author takes the state-owned forest region of Daxinganling as an example, deeply investigates and analyzes the many factors which restrain the state-owned forestry industry and finance integration, applies theory to reality, puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions for breaking the frontier.
