金融服务供给侧结构性改革的思考--以新疆为例

Reflections on the Supply-side Structural Reform of Financial Service:Taking Xinjiang as an Example

供给侧改革为适应我国经济发展新常态提供了新思路,是我国跨越中等收入陷阱的"生命线"。供给侧改革有其内在的发展逻辑和理论内涵,与需求侧管理共同构成经济发展的"一体两面"。基于我国经济社会发展的现状分析,推进供给侧结构性改革必须做好"转型、创新和改革"方面的工作,正确处理好政府和市场的关系,实现经济社会的可持续发展。金融在服务经济发展中始终发挥着指挥棒、润滑剂和助推器的作用,在现阶段供给侧改革中,金融如何作为。本文深入分析了供给侧改革的内涵和创新思想,结合区域经济发展形势及政策环境,对目前农行服务区域供给侧改革进行了实证分析,提出了金融服务供给侧改革的途径及建议,对进一步推动供给侧改革具有重要的指导作用。

Supply-side reform provides a new idea for the new normal of China’s economic development,and is the'lifeline'for China to overcome the middle-income trap.The supply-side reform has its inherent development logic and theoretical connotation,which,together with demand-side management,constitutes'one and two sides'of economic development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s economic and social development,it is necessary to do a good job of'transformation,innovation and reform'to promote the supply-side structural reform,in order to realize the sustainable development of economy and society.Finance is always playing the role of baton,lubricant and booster in the development of service economy.How should finance be done in the current supply-side reform.In this paper,the connotation and innovative ideas of supply-side reform are deeply analyzed.Combining with the situation of regional economic development and policy environment,an empirical analysis is made on the current supply-side reform of the Agricultural Bank’s service area,and the ways and suggestions for the supply-side reform of financial services are put forward,which plays an important guiding role in further promoting the supply-side reform.
