河南省金融支持实体经济效率研究

Research on the Efficiency of Financial Support for the Real Economy in Henan Province

服务实体经济是金融工作的三大任务之首,增强金融服务实体经济能力和水平,对全面建成小康社会、打赢三大攻坚战意义重大。近年来,河南省金融支持实体经济取得了一定成效,实证结果显示,各项贷款尤其是第二产业贷款对经济增长具有明显正向作用,其中工业贷款对经济增长、投资增长的支持效率最高,增加工业尤其是制造业信贷投入,有利于增强经济增长内生动力。当前河南金融发展过程中也还存在一些问题,亟待增强金融自身发展能力,不断改善融资环境,优化企业融资结构,全面提升金融服务实体经济发展质效。

Serving the real economy is the top of the three major tasks of financial work. Enhancing the ability and level of financial support for the real economy is very important and significant for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society and winning the three major battles. In recent years, financial support for the real economy has achieved certain effects in Henan Province. The empirical analysis shows that total loans especially the secondary industry loan have obvious positive effects on economic growth. Among the various loans of the secondary industry, industrial loans have the highest efficiency in supporting economic growth and investment growth.Increasing industrial credit input especially manufacturing credit input,is conducive to enhancing the endogenous impetus of economic growth. At present, there are still some problems in Henan’s financial development. It is urgent to strengthen the financial development ability, continuously improve the financing environment,optimize the financing structure of enterprises, and comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of financial services for real economic development.
