摘要
发展代理业务、经纪业务等中间业务是大型商业银行应对金融脱媒、利率市场化及强化票据综合服务职能的创新方向。本文阐述了代理业务和经纪业务的内涵与意义,探讨了大型商业银行开展代理业务和经纪业务的目标客户、运作路径以及潜在风险,并提出了内控制度方面的建议。
Developing Intermediate businesses such as Agent service and brokerage business is the direction of innovation of large commercial banks to deal with financial disintermediation, interest rate marketization and to strengthen the comprehensive service functions of bills. This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the agency business and brokerage business, discusses the target customers, the operation path and potential risks of the agency business and brokerage business, and puts forward some suggestions on the internal control system.
