Moderate Economic Policy Resonance: The Outlook for 2013

金融危机后的全球经济陷入"非常态"的增长路径,逆周期刺激政策对各国经济发展产生了不同程度的后遗症,而经济的复苏却并不稳定。为此各经济体需要结合实际情况进行政策创新。通过对美国、欧洲、中国等经济体过去一年所实施的经济政策进行综合分析,可以看出各经济体在2013年将倾向执行"中间路线"的宏观政策。

The global economy has stepped onto an abnormal growth path after the outbreak of global financial crisis. Countercyclical stimulus policies have, to some extent, yielded undesired consequences for countries around the world, destabilizing recovery of the economy. Hence, each country should carry out policy innovations by taking their own economic condition into consideration. This paper studies the economic measures implemented by economies such as the United States, Europe, and China, and concludes that they are likely to follow a 'mid-path' policy innovation.
