摘要
当前,全球经济仍处危机后的低速增长的深度调整期,但世界产业结构出现新动向,新工业革命初现端倪。我国经济增长由以往的"结构性增速"阶段转向"结构性减速"阶段,这就要求我国要逐步转变经济发展方式,培育新的经济增长点。
The global economy is still in a phase of profound adjustment and slow growth.Nevertheless,there are signs of change in the global industrial structure and a new industrial revolution has even begun to emerge.In China,the economic expansion is shifting from 'structural growth' to 'structural deceleration'.This requires a gradual shift in the pattern of economic development and the fostering of new drivers of economic growth.
