政府应对金融危机似乎只有两件"法宝",一是成立更多的金融监管机构;二是赋予他们更广泛的监管权力。然而,这些俗套的应对之策,不仅无法预防下次危机的产生,反而为下次危机埋好了伏笔。

The governmental response to a fnancial crisis has become all too predictable – establish more regulators and grant them expanded powers.However,this approach has not prevented further turmoil and sows the seeds for the next crisis.
