The sharp fall in the price of gold has attracted attention around the world, and views on the value of gold as an investment are widely divided. This paper tries examines the gold market from different perspectives to determine whether there is in fact a market bubble. It also tries to make an objective and rational judgment on gold price fuctuations and long-term value.
