美国在历史上为了控制信贷周期曾多次出台周期性的"宏观审慎"政策。本文审视了当时的环境与政策,分析这些政策产生的影响及经验教训,并关注这些政策对未来的启示。
Historically, America has made frequent use of cyclical 'macroprudential' policies to control credit cycles. The paper provides an explanation of the circumstances and politics affecting the significant actions, and some initial statistical analyses of the impacts of the policies. In addition, it also pays attention to policy implications for the future.
