摘要
2014年我国经济增速放缓,实体经济存在的问题开始向财政和金融领域传导。从外部环境看,全球大宗商品价格大幅下跌以及地缘局势紧张等多因素构成了2015年新的外部风险,中国经济新常态面临压力和挑战。当前我国处于经济社会转型时期,实施灵活的宏观经济政策,积极推进各项改革,有利于释放经济增长动力,实现经济稳定增长。
China's economic growth slowed in 2014,and the problems of the real economy began to appear in the financial sector and in government fiscal positions.In 2015 there are new challenges from the external environment,amid rising geopolitical tensions and uncertainties linked to sharp drops in the prices of key commodities on global markets.China is in an economic and social transition period,implementing flexible macroeconomic policies that are aimed at promoting reforms and creating new drivers for sustained growth.
