大国责任:亚投行筹建“进行时”

Major country responsibility: Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is Under Preparation

作为一个国际社会中负责任的大国,中国将遵守国际通行准则。在亚投行中,中国不会以老大自居,而是平等待人;第一股东的地位不是特权,而是责任和担当。亚投行将成为所有成员国通力合作共创的新兴多边金融机构,将会广泛代表各成员国利益,以尽量达成一致的方式决策。

China, as a big country with responsibilities in international community will abide by international common rules. In Asian infrastructure investment bank(AIIB), China will treat all the members equally instead of exercising dominant power. 'The largest stakeholder'is not privilege but responsibility. AIIB will be a new-type of multi-lateral financial institution gathering all efforts of member states, represent the interest of all members and make decision by consultation.
