本文从新凯恩斯主义的视角讨论了欧洲债务危机的爆发原因和应对之策。新凯恩斯主义经济学家认为主权债务危机只是表象,其实质是欧元区国家之间国际收支危机,根源在于不合理的制度安排。一味向希腊等危机国家施压,要求这些国家实施紧缩政策,并非解决问题的良策。

The article takes a New Keynesian perspective in examining the problems behind the European debt crisis and lookingg at their solution. New Keynesians maintain that the sovereign debt crisis was just a surface manifestation of deeper problems. In essence, it was a crisis of the balance of payments of the euro zone countries. Blindly putting pressure on crisis countries, such as Greece, and requiring them to implement deflationary policies, is not a good way to solve this kind of problem.
