May 13, 2015, Premier Li Keqiang chaired a State Council executive meeting, and he made deployment on further promotion of credit asset-backed securitization business, and decided to boost the credit asset-backed securitization market development and revitalize stock funds. This article analyzed the meaning and influence of this meeting for credit asset-backed securitization market development, by reviewing the evolution of China credit asset-backed securitization market, explored the prospect of China credit asset-backed securitization market future growth, and analyzed the risk faced by China credit asset-backed securitization business as well as the solutions.
