资产管理行业创新涌现,品种繁多的结构化产品为投资者量身定制,不同类型的结构化产品的收益随着标的资产的变动有着鲜明的特点,每一类别的产品适合的投资者和投资时机也各不相同。具体产品的定价方式上,结构化产品主要基于期权结构,其在到期期限、执行价格、合约数量等方面具有较大的灵活性。最后,本文概述了结构化产品在商业银行与基金公司的具体实践模式,以期为产品的进一步创新提供参考。
Innovation within the asset management industry shows up in the form of numerous kinds of customized structured products with returns that vary according to changes in benchmark assets. Each product is designed for a specific kind of investor and investment timeframe. Products offer flexibility in maturity as well as the strike price and contract size. The article seeks to examine the structured products of commercial banks and fund management companies, as a means of providing a reference for further product innovation.
