摘要
本文提出一个绿色金融政策的经济学理论框架,指出社会责任在企业(投资者)和消费者目标函数中的权重可以通过投资者和消费者教育、建立绿色投资网络、增加上市公司对环境影响的透明度、非营利组织对污染产业的干预等方式逐步提高。
This article raises an economic theoretical framework of green finance policy, and points out that increasing the weight of enterprise and consumer social responsibility in the objective function can be realized by four policy measures, including investor and consumer education, building green investment network, enhancing the transparency of the impact of listed companies on the environment, and NGO intervention in polluting industries.
