本文论述中央银行的货币政策实施框架,具体阐述了其实施过程中的机制设计、交易对手、合格抵押品等议题。同时,文章剖析中央银行的资产负债表,分析其演变历程,尤其关注了危机时期央行资产和负债的变化。
This paper examines the framework for implementing the central bank's monetary policies. It looks at practical questions related to the framework design as well as specific issues in implementation such as the role of counterparties in the financial system. At the same time, this paper assesses the central bank's balance sheet and describes how it came to its present state.
