僵尸企业治理是供给侧结构性改革的重点之一,但是国内对于僵尸企业的研究还很少,如何识别和治理僵尸企业缺乏统一标准。本文对僵尸企业的产生、识别、对经济的影响影响以及治理僵尸的重要途径等方面进行分析,提出应根据僵尸企业所面临的困境决定令其退出还是对其救助。

Solving the problems of so-called 'zombie enterprises' is a key objective of supply-side structural reforms but to date there has been relatively little research on this topic. At this stage there is no objective standard for which of these ailing companies should be rescued and which should be wound up. This article analyzes the problems that led to the deterioration of once-healthy enterprises and examines the impact on the economy if some of them are allowed to fail. Determining their fate will be made on a case by case basis.
