摘要
本文以美国为代表的国际投资银行业的历史发展及趋势,总结了国际投资银行业的发展经验。同时梳理我国投资银行业的发展脉络,并以国际投资银行经验为借鉴,探讨我国投资银行业出现的新变化以未来发展方向。
This paper examines the development of investment banking in China and compares it with the experience in the United States and other countries. It seeks to use this historical experience as a guide for China in meeting the challenges of recent market changes and charting a course for the future.
