“外用中药Ⅱ号”对阴道炎、宫颈炎大鼠天然免疫功能的影响

Influence of External Herbal Medicine Ⅱ on natural immunity in rats with vaginitis and cervicitis

犤目的犦探讨“外用中药Ⅱ号”对阴道、宫颈炎实验大鼠的作用机制。犤方法犦将大鼠分为造模组、治疗组、正常对照组。全部实验动物进行病理学检查、红细胞免疫粘附功能、T淋巴细胞活化率和吞噬细胞吞噬功能的测定。犤结果犦病理学检查,造模组宫颈粘膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,出现粘膜溃疡;治疗组、正常对照组病理学改变不明显。红细胞免疫粘附功能、吞噬细胞吞噬功能,造模组明显低于正常对照组;治疗组明显高于造模组;治疗组和正常对照组无明显差异。犤结论犦“外用中药Ⅱ号”可提高阴道炎、宫颈炎实验大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能及吞噬细胞吞噬功能,从而使相应的病理学改变得到改善。

To study the mechanism of External Herbal MedicinalⅡon experimental rats with vagini tis and cervicitis.All rats were divided into model group,treatment group and control group.The pathological ex ami -nation,im mune adhesion of erythrocyte,T lymphocyte activated rate and phagocytic function was detected.There was large amount of inflammatory cells under cervical mucous membrane with cervical ulcer in model group.There were no pathological changes in the control group and treatment group.The immune adhesion of erythrocyte and phagocytic power in model group were inferior to that in control group and treatment group.But there were no difference between control group and treatment.[Conclusion]External Herbal MedicinalⅡcan improve the pathological change by en hancing the immune adherent function of erythrocyte and phagocytic power.
