血红素氧合酶系统抗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的研究进展
摘要
血红素氧合酶 一氧化碳 胆红素 环一磷酸鸟苷 (HO CO 胆红素 cGMP)途径作为一个新的细胞信使系统涉及许多生理和病理生理过程。目前已发现三种HO同工酶 ,HO 1为诱生型 ,HO 2和HO 3为结构型。丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPKs)、蛋白激酶C(PKC)、cGMP依赖蛋白激酶G(PKG)及蛋白磷酸酶 (PPs)是诱导HO 1的重要信号通路。HO 1具有抗心肌缺血 再灌注损伤、抗心肌细胞凋亡。
