摘要
高血压患者 ,血流动力学负荷是引起左室重构的始发和基本刺激因素。左室肥厚时 ,心律失常、心衰、冠心病、猝死等心血管事件发生率明显增加 ,特别是向心性肥厚预后最差。合适的治疗可逆转不良的左室构型而明显改善预后。%PLM是评估左室重构的新方法 ,它比LVMI更符合生理特点 。
