TSHR在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病中的作用研究进展
摘要
促甲状腺激素受体 (TSHR)是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (AITD)的主要靶抗原 ,在AITD的发病中起重要作用。近年来利用TSHR多肽或核酸直接免疫动物成功地建立起了与人类AITD接近的动物模型 ,产生了活性TSHR抗体 ,甲状腺肿伴淋巴细胞浸润及Graves眼征 ,进一步证明了TSHR在AITD的发病中的作用。
