新型肌松药在小儿麻醉中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 小儿与成人对肌松药的反应不同。由于不同年龄范围小儿的神经肌功能不同,婴儿和儿童的肌松药用量及药效也存在差异。儿童一般较婴儿和成人达到同样效果所需的肌松药的剂量偏大。儿童肌松恢复的时间比其他任何年龄的病人都迅速。在小儿麻醉中肌松药的追加剂量应根据个体需要进行调整。新型非去极化肌松药罗库溴铵、顺式阿曲库铵和米库氯铵现已在小儿麻醉中得以安全和有效的应用。
