摘要
目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者红细胞免疫粘附功能与一氧化氮 ( NO)含量的变化。方法 分别应用免疫法和化学法测定 49例糖尿病患者血中红细胞免疫功能和 NO含量 ,并与 3 5名正常健康人作对照。结果 2型糖尿病患者血中红细胞 C3 b受体花环率 ( RBC- C3 b RR)低于正常人组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率 ( RBC-ICR)则高于正常人组 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,NO水平亦高于正常人组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 红细胞免疫和 NO参与了 2型糖尿病的发生和发展 。
Objective To study the changes of immune function of erythrocyte and nitric oxide in patients with type 2 diabeties.Methods The immune function of erythocyte and the content of nitric oxide were tested immunologically and chemically in 49 cases of diabetes and compared with 35 health persons.Results Erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate(RBC-C3bRR) in patients with type 2 diabetes was lower than that in normal centroals(P<0.01),but erythrocyte immune complex rosette(RBC-ICR)and serum circulating immune complex,nitric oxide in patients with type 2 diabetic were higher than those in normal controls (P<0.01~0.001).Conclusion The detection of erythrocyte immune function and nitric oxide is concerned with the occurrence and development and important to evalute the patients with type 2 diabites.
