冠心病患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮和前列环素水平的变化及临床意义

摘要 检测 2 8例稳定型心绞痛 ( SAP)、48例不稳定型绞痛 ( UAP)、2 3例急性心肌梗死 ( AMI)及 2 6例健康人血浆内皮素 ( ET)、一氧化氮 ( NO)及前列环素 ( PGI2 )的代谢产物 6-酮前列腺素 F1 α( 6- keto- PGF1 α)浓度 ,分析各组间差异。结果显示冠心病患者血浆 ET增高的同时 ,血 NO、6- keto- PGF1 α下降 ,尤以 AMI第 1天和 U AP患者为明显。认为冠心病患者存在血管内皮细胞损害 ,其分泌的 ET与 NO、PGI2 失衡 ,诱发冠状动脉痉挛 ,促发了U AP和 To observe the plasma Endothelin (ET)?Nitric Oxide(NO) and 6-keto-prostaglandin-F_1α(6-keto-PGF_1α) concentration changes in patients with SAP,UAP and AMI,plasma concentration of ET,NO and 6-keto-PGF_1α was measured respectively in 23 AMI patients,48 UAP patients,28 SAP patients and 26 control cases. Difference of the above parameters between each two groups was analyzed. The results showed that with the plasma ET concentration in patients with coronary heart disease increased, the plasma NO and 6-keto-PGF_1α concentration reduced, especially in patients with UAP and AMI. This suggests increasing ET and reducing NO or PGI_2 can induce coronary vasospasm,the change of plasma ET,NO and PGI_2 concentration plays an important pathogenetic role in UAP and AMI.
