Competition and Development Strategies of Enterprises'Production System

企业竞争已将其焦点由产品、战略转南形成竞争实力的素质环节——生产系统,在中国工业现代化的进程中,构造具有竞争实力的生产系统是企业参与竞争的基础和关键。该文根据生产系统的四种竞争状态及发展趋势,提出了有效构造系统的生产战略理论框架。新的生产战略理论不仅对经典的生产管理论有一定突破,而且对于中国企业的生产系统开发、技术改造、管理现代化、和竞争能力的增强都将具有一定的指导意义。

The focus of enterprise competition has moved from production and strategy to the key poiut that forms competitve ability-the production system. In the course of China's industrial modernization, to build up a competitive production system is the basis for the enterprises to take part in competition. This article, according to four kinds of competition status and the development trend, sets up the theoritical framework of constructing production strategical system. This new production strategical theory is not only a breakthrough in traditonal production management theories, but also of certain importance in developing production system, having lechnical innovation, modernizing management methods and stre nghening competitive ability.
