摘要
双目视觉通过模拟人眼处理景物的方式可以获取目标物体的三维信息,具有非接触、速度快、精度高、自动化程度好等诸多优点,可以大大提高工业生产效率,逐渐成为人们研究的热点。通过研究双目视觉测量系统的基本原理和涉及的关键技术,结合相关硬件设备,设计并实现一套双目视觉测量原型系统。该系统先用张正友标定法解算出摄像头的内部参数以及它们之间相对位置关系,实时纠正目标场景的立体影像,再用SGM方法进行逐像素匹配,获取深度图、计算物点坐标信息。通过实验对系统各个模块进行了测试验证,结果表明该系统具有一定实时性和可靠性。
It is studied the basic principle and the involved key technology of the stereo vision measurement system.Combining with the hardware equipment,we designed and realized a set of binocular vision measurement prototype system,which by the Zhang Zheng-you calibration method.It calculated the intrinsic parameters of the camera and the relative position relations each other,corrected real time stereo image of the scene first,then used SGM method to per-pixel matching in order to get depth map and computer point coordinate information.Through the test of the experiment on the system modules,the result indicated that the system had real time ability and reliability.
